Calling all Artist, Poet, Creator Types! (Seriously, ALL of you!)
Some Resources and Informations
I'm looking for any poetry or art that uses words, letters, and typography to convey meaning in visual form. Collages of words and letters, blackout poetry, and found poems with a strong visual element are also accepted.
Feel free to submit multiple works, or just one spectacular one, but they must be a single page unless it is a poem that is just laid out visually with line breaks, in which case it should only be two pages so it can be displayed on facing pages. |
Here's some poets to refer to if you're not sure what I'm talking about, or you can just use the Google to search for other ideas, but the main idea is to get creative and play with words and visuals!

A poster I designed for a production of Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere. Designed as an assignment/competition in one of my classes at Okanagan College.
The title script was hand drawn by myself on paper. I then scanned it into Photoshop where I added colour and texture. |

Fair Play for Fan Fiction
